She loves to sit at the front windows of the house and watch the outside world. Rain gets along great with other dogs and people. She and my other dog Shadow attend daycare Monday - Thursday. Deaf dog: Chi Chi a 6 year old Maltese. One of my neighbors couldn't take Chi Chi's hyperness any longer. He was 8 months old when I got him. The woman was pregnant and had another small child. They are not dog people and they didn't even realize he was deaf. She literally dropped him off at my house. My husband is an obedience dog trainer and was in charge of K9 Search & Rescue for the State. I came home the next day and my dog was sleeping, didn't even get up when I came in. She's now a ball nut and will stare at one for hours, just waiting for you to throw it... if you don't, she attempts to herd us toward the ball so we see what she wants. She's like a bull in a china shop compared to Neiko the princess... they are very funny together! Neiko an Australian Shepherd, born 1998. We rescued Neiko from a shelter at roughly 5 years of age (September 2003). Don't know how anyone could have given up this little princess.
